I saw these small gree/blue eyes peering out between a huge gorgonian. Thinking it was a hogfish, I went into action.
After an easy catch in the net, I noticed that the body was not shaped like a hogfish at all. As I put it in the bottle, I realized it was a baby rockfish! It turned out to be a bllack grouper, 3.5 inches long. A friend of a friend had one in a big tank years ago. They eats lot, will eat other fish and grow very fast. I figured I'd pass it on the Bda Aquarium folk and hope to see it displayed after the quarantine period ends.

I'll reply to my own post. Hey you! Use a spell checker or something. S-s-slow down man. Pardon the incomplete words (gree = green), wrong spelling (bllack = black) , and "they eats" stuff. Grrrrr!!!!

Anyway, I still want a small "regular" hogfish. Help?
