Overflow Repair?

MY overflow broke, right at the beginning of the arm part. Can i just silicone it back into place and it'll be alright?

Or what are my options?

if it is acrylic then no silicone will not hold it together( will not stick to acrylic well enough to hold). Best bet is to try to find some weldon and glue it back together that way to make sure it holds with out problems. HTH

a wonderful glue designed for plastics... no#3 is like water and higher the number the thicker it is.... i made my new sump with #3 and went back with #16 )gell like) and resealed edges.. i know it works on Acrylic (plexiglass) and Polycarb (lexan)
