I have been to Both the Reef Shop and Caribbean Forest only once each.I have found both shops to be well run ,have friendly people working there, with willingness to help and answer questions. I would gladly shop both shops and though my preference is for the Reef shop It is just my preference and think both shops are great.

Cheap in this hobby? They are fairly close well worth hitting them all IMO. If you are looking for a certain thing call ahead and find out who has it in stock at the time.

CF and TRS are sooo close you can easily justify to someone making both stops.

A perfect example why you should never seek the "cheapest". Is there anything in particular you're looking for?

I would hit both if you can swing it,..there like about 1.5 miles apart..right a round the corner from each other.

LOL! Here we go again!
IMO Marine Oasis usually has the best Zoos.
Tom used to have some very nice orange ones in the 180 display.
I don't remember seeing them last time I was there.....?

You should remember that posts like this affect peoples business and everyone would suffer if we don't have the choices we have. I was there twice this weekend and store and selection was great! They got a nice coral and fish shipment only problem I seen was that I followed Gary and all the choice stuff was picked :) JK I got a mint Orange Crush

actually some if the best zoos i have i bought for under $20. you just have to look for the little colonies that arent right out in the open. good luck with search, ive never been to the rochester stores so i dont have a recomendation. I just wanted to chime in to say that not everything is expensive but you have to find it. they dont put the cheaper corals in plain view, they would rather sell more expensive specimens.

The best zoo prices are from buying them from members of the club post a thread and maybe swing by other users houses for the cheapest zoos
