Anyone know what this stuff is???

Ok, I have a few white fuzzy things growing on some live rock I bought, it's from Fiji I believe.

I would like to know what this is, and if it's good or bad that it''s growing in my tank. I learned from my last post, this time I've taken a picture!

Looks like some type of sponge usually not bad

yeah, i think its a type of sponge too. i have them growing in my overflows too. doesn't cause any problems.

There's also some kind of little red flowery looking thing, that grows out of a white tube. The flower can recede into the tube.

Any ideas on what that may be?

The red thing is a fan worm, completely harmless filter feeder, and the white thing in the picture is a sponge, no worries

Well, if anything, this is good news, as it tells me my water quality is good enough for 'stuff' to grow!
