To finish off my tank, I'd like to get a bubble or hammer or frogspawn or torch coral as a centerpiece in the lower front of my tank. Preferably one with some green or color in it. Does anybody out there have something like that that fits that description? A small piece would be fine. I'd actually prefer to watch it grow than get a big one.

There is a really nice torch at Coral Reef (green stalk, brown tip -- reverse of normal), but I can't cough up the $60 to $100 for it right now.

The reason why the frogspawns are expensive at the Coral Reef is because they are supposed to be green with pink tips.

Hey Scott, I have a bright green polyped galaxia that you can get from me. It's in bits all over the bottom of my tank but I can put together a pretty decent frag for ya.

Something like that might work. What would you like for it?

I know that Under the Sea has a 3 head green/pink tip frogspawn for $39.

Not much Scott. Not more than $10.

I've got a red and green brain I'll sell for $30.00. I've had it for 2 years.

@Mel: I'd take that. Let me know when I can get it. I won't be able to make the meeting this weekend, though

@Spiffman: Sounds like a great price. If anybody is headed that way, let me know. I'd like to get something like that.

@awcurl: Sounds like a great deal, but I've never kept a brain before. I'd have to think about it. I think I'd rather get something like the frogspawn or the like. If you still have any of the zoanthid frags I see in your gallery, though, I might be interested in those (now that my tank seems able to sustain zoanthid life).

That frogspawn is a nice piece. They are talking about having a coral blowout sale, if they do I'll let you all know, after I cherry pick first of course.

I'd like to get that frogspawn if the price and timing works out and I can get it this week. What other costs will I see besided the $39 selling price? Box fee? Shipping fee? Is the free shipping good for just one purchase? Sheesh. I have some reading to do at that site. Where do they talk about the free shipping?

I'm not sure. The website is http://www.underthesea.citymax.com/home.html

I normally talk to Matt when I'm in there. They have some quality stuff, I just can't afford the more exotic stuff.

Mel, you want to put a frag together for me also? I have so many bare spots at the top of my tank.

Sure Julie. No problem at all. You want me to bring it to the meeting?

I won't be at the meeting, so if you could save mine until after the holidays I'd appreciate it. :)

Sure Scott, I was gonna PM you back about it. I can have it ready for you whenever you want, before or after the Thanksgiving. Just let me know when you wanna pick it up and I will be ready.

Speaking of Galaxia, that piece you sold me at the frag swap in July is beautiful.

Awesome! That's cool. It's actually a great coral IMO. I just can't have it because mine got so big it was destroying all the sps within a foot if it. But I totally loved it.
