Question about tank

I got a tank from someone local, I was able to trade some frags for it. The problem is that the person I got it from really doesn't know what brand it is. And I don't have a clue either. So here are some specs and pictures.

The tank measures 36" X 18" X 21"

Glass is 3/8" thick.

Here is a pic of the sticker at the top of the tank, on one of the ends. This is the only tag on the whole tank.

What I really want to know is if this tank is tempered on the sides or not. I plan on using this tank as a fuge and need to have a drain. If no one knows what brand it is. Is there a way to find out if the tank is tempered or not. Without breaking it!

Well, the trim looks just like my Oceanic, but I guess I can't really say for sure. No idea if it's tempered or not.

Thanks CH for the reply. I will try calling Oceanic to see if its their tank.

Well, I called Oceanic. They can not confirm that it is their tank or not. Hmmm, anyone else think its an Oceanic. They said if it is their tank then only the bottom would be tempered.

I keep forgetting, but I will take a look at mine and see if I can find a label similar to that one.
