Seabae/Polyps

I got a Seabae anemone a couple of weeks ago. Every couple of days it moves around the tank but hasn't bothered anything so far. I just noticed it has moved itself on top of a colony of polyps. Should I leave it there or try to move it. Will they hurt each other?
