I have been trying to get a hold of 3iQVentures (manufacturers of SCWD) for a couple of months now (email, fax, phone), but without success.
Are they still around?
Has anyone talked with them recently?

I tried to contact them via email several times months back and got no response. I think it's just a matter of poor customer service.
