the milwaukee seems to be a very common unit...sms122 if I remember correctly, however I am going with the pinpoint...

I've had both. The AM broke within the first year, but they honored the warrantee no questions asked. I got a great deal on the Milwaukee two years ago, still going strong.

The AM is easier to set and has a resolution to two decimal point where the Mil has only one. I have not found this to be of any hindrance.

As for ozone I have a RedSea 200, great unit, probe life is crap though. It has an air dryer, controller,
and ozoneizer all in one.

Awesome find! Only $3K for probe, unit, and calibration kit. I'll buy 2 :D

That's insane!

I really like my milwaukee. It works very well despite not having quite as good of a pH resolution as the pinpoint.

For example, this weekend my calcium reactor had some problems and it drove the pH down to 7.6 (very slowly so no big deal) but the milwaukee controller totally turned off the CO2. The pH never got any lower. That's what I like...equipment that functions how it is supposed to.

Good grief. Thank link is to a unit comparable to what we use in the environmental remediation world.
