brown jelly

What can you tell me about brown jelly disease, at my store we have a real rough time keeping any member of the euphyllia family because they get brown jelly instantly upon putting them in our system. I have heard that this disease only goes after dead or dying tissue, but our euphyllias come down with it immediately. Any ideas?
