Tanks been cycled for 4 weeks now. Have several types of snails 1starfish . 1 bluemushroom and a candy coral.Would like to add 2 Percula Clowns .

How long have the other animals been in the tank?

If the other animals have been in there a week or so and are healthy, the in no reason you could not add 2 percs now.

make sure you get 1 small and one larger.

The other animals a doing great been in the tank for 2 weeks.Thats the first I heard of getting one small and one large one. Why?

So they pair up. The larger one will become more dominant and become female, then if nature cooperates, your pair will mate and possibly lay eggs down the road.

Hey Thanks for the info KillerReef I seem to learn something new everyday about this hobby So should one be and adult and the other a juvenile

From what I understand, no. Just when you pick out your 2 juveniles, besides picking healthy looking ones, pick one that is a bit larger than the other. HTH

Also, if you don't mind paying a little extra, a number of online sites sell already mated pairs. example www.inlandaquatics.com. Morgan is great. And the best part is they are not wild caught, his are captive reared.
