I just realized I left some hard-boiled eggs cooking for the last hour, maybe longer.
They were basically simmering on med-low. They look fine, maybe a little darker than white. At first I thought they tasted a little different, but it may have just been psychological.
I know this seems like a pretty crazy question, but I just wanted to make sure. :) I shouldn't get sick or anything, right?
