in my search for black pvc i spoke to a guy at this site and found this...

http://www.aquaticeco.com/aquatic1v1/itempg.icl?secid=0&subsecid=115&catid=1112&orderidentifier=ID1015615303360667B72&itmid=4449&dirpage=dir3&iteminfo4=0&eflag=0&curitempos=2&numitems=11

he said that they use this all the time in pond and large holding tank applications at fish farms etc...

all i need is a section of black PVC for a siphon tube down in the tank for a closed loop system...

so the question is do you think this would be safe?...

it says..."It is recognized by the EPA as non-toxic (after curing), is extremely durable and has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of materials."

I would use the black pvc from the plumbing section at HD or one of the online plastics dealers

why bother with all that other noise
