air bubbles

Since i turned on my skimmer, the tank is now covered in small air bubbles coming from the return pipe. Need help! Any ideas how to stop the air bubbles.

You didn't mention the typs of skimmer but many of them could easily be modded to run a micron bag on the outlet of them. The micron bag would capture the bubbles and keep them from entering the main tank. Your other option, if a bag will not work, is to place a sponge where the water exits and re-enters the sump. That should accomplish the same thing...

I forgot to say thats its a insump skimmer, brand unknown.
