Have you ever had problems with your orange cap getting bleached patches on the more shaded parts. Recently I've been getting small/medium sized patches of bleached parts on the cap. The latest is about the size of a quarter or silver dollar. Its still growing at a good pace just has the bleached spot. It appears the tissue is still there just white. It had decent flow for a cap.

Nope, I've not noticed that. Are you sure the tissue's there, and that you don't have nudis?

I haven't gotten any new corals in the last 4-5 months so its probably not nudi's. Also from what I've seen the nudi's are a little more random and splotchy. Could be but I dont' think so. Also neither of my other caps are doing it.
