Snowlflake is melting my patience!!!

For those of you who have had similar issues, maybe you can help me out.

I have a 180 Gallon Oceanic. Among the occupants is a snowflake eel who seems very much to enjoy the two foot drop into the overflows. As If that's not enough, when I tried to get him out last nigt he dove down the drainage into the sump system!!! :eek1: I'm about about to give this guy to my filipino maid for supper!!

Anybody have any suggestions on what i can use to cover the gap between the overflow and the top of the glass?

Just a suggestion...
Create an appeasing home for him out of rocks and a sand burrow, and keep him well fed. This may stop him from wandering so much.

This guy has more rock than Afghanistan and is fed like a Sumo wrestler. Good advice though. While the regular portions of squid have slowed his wandering a tad bit, he's still curious...
