I talked to a guy about a 450 ish gal tank by precision clarity and he said he got a quote of $1700.00. My 535 was $2700.00 from a builder I do not recomend.

precision clarity is the maker. woodstock georgia. not quite around the corner, but not far in the grand scheme of things.

there is also glasscages in tennessee, they do acrylic, not sure about their quality though, the glass is a little sloppy, that wouldnt be acceptable on acrylic..

I would highly recommend Mike with Precision Clarity, I did a lot of research and talked with over half a dozen PC tank owners and they all had nothing but good things to say about the tank. I should be getting my new tank from PC in the next couple weeks and look foward to posting pics.

I was suprised by his prices. much lower than expected. the real deal comes in that he doesnt gouge you on drilling and overflows. glasscages for a glass tank is 350$ for a 180g tank. sweet right? well 3 sides starphire, 5 holes and an overflow and suddenly your up over 600$. precisionclarity was in the 800 area for the same setup. thats a small difference I thought.
