Well I ordered products from this company for the first time this week. As I have been slowly buying from each sponser here on RC. There service was outstanding. Nothing was "live" just things that I needed in the saltwater hobby. Placed the order on Sunday night late, And it arrived at my home on wensday around 11 am. So THANK YOU DR. FOSTERS & SMITH!


They were the cheapest for the Items including shipping.

I think they are great too!!! I've actually bought live stuff from liveaquaria and everything was great!!!

I had some problems with live orders in the past, but I did 2 orders of their fiji liverock and was real happy with what I got.

I have problems with live orders too. The quality is not good and when the thing dies, they won't ship you another one but just credit you account for the specimen and not the shipping. So, unlike most places that will send you another one at no charge, you get screwed.

What companies do you know of that send you another specimen at no charge? I don't know of any company that routinely pays shipping on replacements.

I've always had good experiences with FS and liveaquaria. Their customer service is very good, considering that the call center is in Wisconsin and the live animals are shipped from FL and CA.

I have never ordered livestock from liveaquaria, but I'm happy with my
drygoods order from Drs. Foster and Smith. I've ordered numerous times.

I ordered from their new "Divers Den." I was extremely pleased with the corals I received. They were well packed, arrived in good conditon, and were the same items pictured online. I have to stay away from the Divers Den, it's too nice.

I have ordered from them numbers of times now, and when anything has died within the first two weeks, they have replaced it or given me credit...which ever I wanted...Great service!

Well I had never order from them until then. I'm happy with there service and glad to here that so many others are as well.
