Would it be Possible to have both 24W T5 HO and 39W T5 HO off the same Electronic Ballast? I have a Bow front and would like to have 24" in front and 36" in back.

probally different ballast unless you go with a icecap ballast

As long as the ballast will provide the needed wattage I don't see a problem.
