Tank Cycling

I have a 144 Half rnd with 150 lbs of Live rock. the tank keeps on cycling it has cycle three times. What would cause this. Any info
would be greatly appereciated. thank you

How long have you had it up and running?

What type of water did you use to fill/top off?

Cycling could be caused from adding uncured live rock, adding too many fish, adding to much food. Taking too much water out with a water change.

the tank has been set up for about a month now,R/O water to set it up. Had a Trigger and a puffer in the tank. the nitrites are very high.lost the trigger, and pulled the puffer, but it may be to late for him.
