I created this thread to honor and remember all the fish and corals that lost their lives due to hurricanes Katrina and Rita. I think sometimes people only think of how much they lost finacially...

to Sir Blinks-a-lot my peacock mantis... I really though he might make it through, but he is mia. One black sailfin molly and a gorilla crab survived from his 10 gallon. All else is total loss, rock still salvageable

im assuming that lacie143 is a female. women have a built in gene that makes them capable of making anything "pretty!" lol. us guys just usually end up with......well.......a pile of rocks lol
jk, very nice aquascaping and im sure youll be back up in no time with great abilitys like that.

Don't give up on the mantis yet, they're tough little buggers.

the reason i've given up on the mantis is because thers a gorilla crab in there alive and well and walking out in the open with no fear. Also, when we were near the tank, Sir blinksalot would come out of the rock 100% of the time to say hello. I hope he appears. I keep seeing that damn crab moving under the rock and getting excited
