hi , you sound like your doing just fine with just a few things id change if i were you.
first, if you can get a bag of southdown play sand and put that down and only use about 10 lbs of live sand in a couple weeks it will all be live sand even if you go with a 3 in bed along with your live rock.
second, its always good to go with a bigger pump cause you can always put a valve on it to throttle back if you need to.
third, one powerhead will work ok but two small ones will work better.
fourth, your lights will work fine but im a halide man. i like the glitter lines lol.
fifth, the skimmer. now i got a 120 reef and i got 23 inches under my tank. im using a turboflotor1000 in my sump which just makes it leaving me an inch to take the cup off to clean it and im happy with the skimmer.
