What is a Cylce Actually Considered, I here People Saying i went through my first cyle already.

Is that a time frame or what?

Cycle is when you (the tank) develop enough Good Bacteria to breakdown ammonia to nitrite, then nitrite to nitrate.

Ammonia goes up then down to "0", nitrite goes up then down to "0", then there is some nitrate.
