I have a 55 Gallon reef tank and i wanted to know if i can change all of it into my 125 gallon live rock and the corals only

You can move animals from one tank to the other with very high odds of success, if both tanks are set up and have live rock cured, etc. What is your exact situation?

the 30 has been up for 6mos just want to move the coral and the liverock 55 has been up for 2 months

So you're moving from animals and live rock from the 30 and the 55 into the 125? Is the 125 set up and running?

You should be able to move the contents of an existing, stable tank into a larger tank if you're careful. One risk is that exposing live rock to air can kill sponges, etc, and that can have consequences. In general, though, as long as you're not using uncured live rock, you should be okay if you're careful.
