I have a 55 gal. tank w/ 3-VHO's. What light bulbs do you recommend and what will it allow me to put in the tank?
What do I need to do to spread the coraline algae? Is there something to put in the tank?

Try a product I use called PurpleUp it works. Your Lighting is more than enough for coraline growth.

Good calcium and alkalinity seems to be the basics. Coraline can bleach under too much light, but your light seems low-ish, IMO, so its just about the right amount.
