is the 400iw metal halide too much for a tank less than 36'' deep ? my tank is 48x24x31 and was planning on doing the 400w but evryone has mixed opinions on this issue. I dont want to buy a chiller to keep the temp down but will 250w M/H not suffice on a tank 31'' deep
