Tiny cuccoon on one of my rocks?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if somebody can identify a small cuccoon sort of thing that's growing on one of my rocks. I'm hoping it is nothing bad!

It's a small calcareous sponge that most people call q-tip or pineapple sponges. They are harmless.
