Live rock, please help identify items

Here are a couple of pictures of my live rock. Please help me identify a couple of items that have appreared on it.

The item I am interested in is the black pearl looking item. It showed up about a week or two ago.

The item in this picture that I am interested in is the pink bud looking item. I have several of them on my live rock.

Item one looks like bubble algea. item two looks like a foraminiferan. That bubble algea should be prety stiff. you can pull it off just be careful not to bust it or you will release a whole lot of spores and really kick start a fun ride. The foraminiferan is a cool little ameoba like animal that is very common. Looks like a sponge but it isn't.
