Do I have adequate flow?

I have two maxi-jet 1200s in my 29g tank. Each is located in the back corner almost mid-way of the heighth of the tank. Both at 45 degrees pointed at the front of the tank. PLUS when I'm not treating for cyano ... I also have the flow from my protein skimmer and HOB bio wheel filter (wheel removed -- used for carbon)

Is this good enought flow?

ALso, would it improve flow if I moved my rocks closer to the back of my tank? right now, they're sorta all in the middle with none of them touching the glass....

Thanks in advance for the help

I think youre fine

Maybe one more maxijett in the middle BEHIND the rocks...and I would move them back so that there is more open water in the middle
