My rocks are like a house of cards!!

As the wonderfull progression of building a coral reef in my living room continues, I am finding myself with more and more rocks.

Most of these rocks are great. The purple coralline looks fantastic.
But when I buy a new piece of coral it almost always comes attatched to a rock. Now my aquascape, which is exactly the way I want it, is a huge house of cards waiting to tumble.

My question is ... is there anyway to avoid this situation?

If you are happy with your rocks then I'd suggest trying to buy unmounted and mounting it to your rocks.

Otherwise you can get adhesive and use a little between some of the weaker spots in the tank.

If you like your aquascape, you might want to look into getting some epoxy to hold all of your rocks together. As said above, buy unmounted or cut the coral off its mount and mount that to your rock.
