Raising brine for juvi fish

Ive got a few juvinile banded, spotfin and 4 eye butterfly fish, and am looking into raising/enriching brine for them. After ive got the brine hatched what would be the next step in the process - i am not new to hatching the shrimp but i have never raised or enriched them. help pls?

Go to San Francisco Bay Brand .....google it under brine shrimp. They have directions but it is very difficult. They have to raised in a tank that is so heavy with algae that the water is thick green and opaque. They even say on their website that for most people, it is not cost effective to raise them. SH
