September Meeting

hey guys! So it's time to start talking about the September reef club meeting, which is on saturday September 17th.

It's at Mike Teague's house out in Maryville. It's a really easy drive and totally worth it! The topic will be clams.

What about a lunchtime meeting since the football game is at 8pm?

So who all thinks they can make it?

Just looking at the calendar, I could also host the following day on Sunday afternoon.

I will likely need some help in the next few days moving my reef to the new tank. Currently I am thinking about using some new LR. The problem will be taking out the old and puting the new tank in the same location.

I should be able to make it. My Mom *hopefully* can watch the kids and be on time. It is always dicey though!

Is the salt due by then? I'd love to make it but gas is a killer. One trip for the group and salt would be great.

Yeah, should be Charles. I haven't been sent a tracking number but I ordered it over a week ago and am expecting it at the beginning of this week.

I think we should change the day of the meeting to Sunday 18 th at 3- ish pm. Topic of discussion will be clams.

Since Mel's not coming we cant count on her to get the food rolling. Mike, any idea what you will be doing so the rest of us can contribute?

I am planning on putting out some chip and dip type snacks. Not much of a real meal.

Here's what I'd bring if I were coming (and I might depending on that storm Ophelia)...cheese and crackers. Though to be honest, the only thing on my mind is that dang cherry and pistachio crisp from the last reef club meeting.
