How Much LR & Live Sand Do I Have?

I feel pretty dumb asking this, but looking at the below picture, could someone give me their best guess as to how much live rock and live sand I have in pounds?

I got this tank from a co-worker, who's full of exaggeratory BS and so I really have no idea how much live rock and sand I have, but I'd like to know for future reference an approximate amount.

I understand it's impossible to know without weighing, but APPROXIMATELY how much do you think is in here?

My tank’s 36’’ across, and the sand bed is about 3-4’’ deep.

40 lbs live rock, maybe same with sand??

Your tank looks pretty close to mine; so my guess is about 80 lbs of sand and about 50 lbs of rock.
