what is your lighting schedule?

I just bought a new 48" Power compact. I am wondering what kind of lighting schedule I should put it on. Any help?

i try to have mine on just like the real sun......but i off set it a few hours so i can enjoy them at night a little more.
but i am open to hearing some other ideas.

my wifes tank comes on at 4pm to 4am because she is a night owel. my fowlr comes on at noon till 10 . i would do it around your work scedule. i think the noon is great if your a 9 to fiver because you can have the aquarium on until your bedtime. i dont think it matters when just how much

I have (2) 65watt daylight 12k and (2) 65watt 03 Actinic. How long should I cheap each one one if I can time them differently? I also have moon lights but they are on a switch not a plug?

My vho's are 10am-10pm and my halides are 12pm-8pm

Noon to midnight for me with MH on at 3 off at 11.

obviously actinic first for 2 hours then the daylight for eight hours. keep act. on as well. then day off after eight. then turn off act. off after 1 hour of day being off
