Refugium Stock?

What should I stock my refugium with? I have the CPR HOB 12" refugium. I have the mud, 1 bush of chateo, three small chunks of LR. There are some pods but not much. All this is attached to my 29gal main tank.

What else can I stock in the refugium?

you are off to a good start, the live rock will filter and the cheato is a goo nutrient export. my fuge is filled to the brim with LR and a mess of cheato, I also have some xenia in there and it grows like mad. but you are off to a good start. I would suggest putting as much LR in there as you can good luck :D

thats all you need for now. your pods should multiply and you are good to go. if you want you can order a detrivore kit which you can get from inland aquatics thats what I did and my refugium is over run whith little critters it great.(inlandaquatics.com)

how often should I leave on the lights?

Many people put the lights on when the main tank lights are off, as to help stabilize the ph.

yeah I would suggest opposite of the main tank for your lighting schedule.
