What's up everyone my tank seems to be at 7.75 with a ph meter in the morning a and 7.89 during the day what should I do to raise it if anything?

you can try a buffer at the LFS i think it says 8.3 on the jar
ive used baking soda. a teaspoon at a time
or they say water changes brings it up
some say aeorate the water with a air stone ( never tried that)
i think ive even read about limestone. maybe someone can comment on that
mine stays around 8.0-8.1 been that way for 6 months nothings dying so ?

The baking soda worked for you? If so maybe I'll try that, my bubble coral was doing great and all of a sudden I walk in today and it doesn't look too good my temp is about 81.5 when it usually isn't beyond 80.5.

Make sure your meter is calibrated.

I just did that it's still reading 7.89, what could be making my bubble coral look bad from one day to the other?
