What is this and do I have to worry about it in a reef tank?
Is it poisonous? Please let me know.http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/500/78908IMG_04541.jpg

The larval stage of a flatworm? That's my guess but I am probally way off.

Possibly some type of Sea Slug or Nudibranch; look here for a matching photo:

I'll save you some time. It's an arminid nudibranch. They feed on soft corals. I can't ID it to species from the picture though.

So when I see them again I need to eliminate them? Are they poisonous?

I wouldn't eat them ;), but AFAIK arminids are only as toxic as the corals they eat.
