Hi,

I,ve recent take pictures by David Saxby, England and Bernd Mohr, Germany.

David,s huge tank is a story on his one (17000Liters) and Bernd Mohr has the most spectacular colors on his pieces i,ve ever seen.

David uses HQI (metal Halide combined with T5)
Bernd uses only T5.

Absolutely, incredibly, amazingly...wow, just wow! Both make my tank look like a goldfish bowl! Certainly two of the best aquariums out there.

Thanks for sharing. :)

Ron,

mybae we should mention that Bernd will stop his tank next year as after 30 years he would like to go once on vaction! He is getting close to the 70 (I believe) and want to stop being the servant of his corals :D

But indeed on of the best tanks we have in Germany! There is the tank from Markus Resch in the area of Munich who has even better colors, but is much smaller.

When have you been with David? Are these pictures taken after the entire system collapsed?

Hi Peter,

The story about Bernds Tank is on my site and on the dutch forum. I,ve visit him recently and it is correct that he will quit in the next year.

Your info about saxby,s tank is false. Last march he has a problem with a kind of borealgea and thats lastet about two months. In juli i visit David Saxby again and his tank is superb as ever.
A story about a total system collapsed is false.

The pictures are taken at the last visit in July.

Ron.

Hi Ron,

The Hydroids are indicated in this picture and Live in/on the coral and are parasites.
