This would be an awesome lighting setup for any tank 24" deep or less...economical lighting with 175w bulbs to keep the bills down and the corals growing.

Yeah, I believe it does, but let me double check when I get finished barbecuing my cajun burgers.

The ballast has only one on/off switch. There are two outlets for cords from pendants to attach to.

cajun burgers how mean are they? How hard do you think it would be to add the second cord? is there a hole or a punch out where you could do it?

I can't see where it could be all that hard to do but it would most likely be even easier just to add a second switch.

When you say "set-up" that means no bulbs right?

Correct! Plug and play ballasts and two Sunlight Supply Reef Optix I reflectors...these are hard to beat for light distribution. I also have the glass covers for them.
