old saltwater

When I mix saltwater I mix up 50 gallons at a time because it takes awhile for my ro filter to filter alot of water and I change out about 25 gallons at a time.I always keep topoff water on hand in another 55 gallon barrel but it gets used quicker. Here's the question does mixed saltwater go bad I keep a powerhead running 24/7 in the barrel and a heater,if so how old is to old to use?

Saltwater is good for a long time. You might want to aereate it before use just to get some oxygen in it if it's been sitting for a long time .

I use NSW and collect about 200 G at a time. It sits for over a month before I use that last bit. Never had a problem with it sitting around and I don't circulate it with a pump. Actually I don't do anything to it while it sits or before I use it. ;). Just pump it straight into the tank when I need to.
