SPS Sump and setup suggestions

OK I have the 150 gal rubbermaid...
So, I want to make a chamber first for the skimmer, then rock, then fuge (w/ macro nutrient export) then out... So what do I use? Glass or plexi?

What do others SPS sump look like/use?

I need a bit of help please! I am wanting to get my tank setup but need this crucial advice!

Other components:
Closed loop
Oceans motion 4 way (2 way drum)
Hammerhead

GEO protein skimmer and Calcium reactor with probe/auto shut off
and the other basic ness. (lights, temp, etc)

i see the rock macro but no dsb, why not?

and as for glass or plexi ar you using them more as a baffle/divider or to hold water at different levels?(if you are just using for a divider plexi will work fine)
