Flame angel price

Does anyone know why flame angels are going up in price? I saw a 3'' at Jacks for $50, while I went to PSP and saw one the same size for $30.

There are two different color morphs also. One has a much more vivid purple outline edging the fins. I think those are Hawaiian, and are always a bit more expensive.
