Check the vendor feedback forums. I've seen a lot of complaints.

I like saltwaterfish.com. They do have a lot of good deals and you can't beat the shipping prices. However, I have never really had anything go wrong with my orders. I have emailed saltwaterfish.com before and never even got a reply. I would say that the quality of the livestock and the prices are good but the customer service and the availablity of a person to talk to is not good...Maybe thats where they are saving the money for their good prices:D

Never had any problems with them. Got my orders perfect and in great shape. Even better looking than the pictures they have on the site. Don't know where people find problems with them.

I will say, though, that the "free shipping" is only on orders of $75 or more (I think). Not that it is difficult to spend that kind of $$$ but if you only need a couple things it can be.
