I'm ready to buy but get all sorts of conflicting info. What is the best ballast to run the 10K's? I'm thinking I would like to get an HQI ballast just in casr I want to go that route in the future. Will an HQI ballast run a 10k mogul bulb to its potential? I'm considering the Ice Cap 250 or the PFO HQI dual 250. I really appreciate your help.
