starting a 300 gallon propagation tank and i want something to kill parasites, fungus or anything that can harm the corals. what is better solution for me , the UV or Ozonizer? is both overkill ? should i look at different/cheaper brands ?

for uv I like the aqua series, with the wiper, easier to clean,

for ozone running the enaly, bought it at ebay, 50 + close to 20 bucks to get it from china, works great, with an air drier it makes it more efficient and its best to do so, and will take care of that tank size without a problem,

and I control it with an ozone controller, 99, milwake, so total around 170 + air drier cost

sells color changing desicant, you can put them in the microwave for recharging, I would do a big DIY drier so it can last longer

running both right now, and love the results, but if I had to choose one, that would be the ozone, much cheaper to run, to setup, and maintain, no bulbs to replace, ect
