Price difference between a 30g long and a 40g breeder?

What is the price difference between a 30g long (36x12x16) and a 40g breeder (36x18x16)? My LFS has 30g longs for $50, but they don't have the 40g breeder in-stock and the guy couldn't find the invoice pricing sheet when I called.

40 breeders are alittle to pricy for me if you purchase it at a LFS...they are more sought after than a 30g. I have a 30g and love the look, I looked everywhere local for a 40breeder and the only ones I found were right around 100.00.. You can order one from glasscages for around 60.00.

40 Gal breeder is one of my favorite tanks. Why are they so hard to find? Any 36" long tank is hard to find. Especially with a 18" base. Anyway, 40 g breeders sell for $99 at Petco.
