Okay, here is my situation:
I have 2 tanks, a 120 & a 180. I have wetdry filters installed with UVs, & skimmers. However I am having MASSIVE nitrate issues. I can also NOT get the wetdrys back out of the stands. They are built in. So since I can not take thenm out, is there a way to convert these into a NON-nitrate factory.
Can I just place live rock in the area where th bio balls are ? and run all my other filtration same as it was in the sump? or what is best way to do this.
I do not want to have to destroy rhese filters to replace them with fuges, etc...
Please let me know A.S.A.P. as I need to solve this issue soon.
