Ballast wiring question (PFO)

I just cut the wires to my PFO ballast and they are green/yellow, Brown and Blue...how do they match up to my Green, White, and Black Socket wires?

The Brown & Blue are hot & return wires and the same for White & Black socket wires.

The green/yellow and Green are ground wires.

I went brown to black, white to blue. Is that ok?
