help with lighting refug

I can't seem to get macgro algee to grow.

125 gal refug
med water flow
1 40 watt flo light 3 75 watt floods
all water per. good except nitrates at about 80

Triple your fluorescent wattage and dump the floods. Use dual daylight or 10,000K bulbs. I have 65W PC on my 29 gal 'fuge and the Gracilaria grows like mad. Also check your iron levels. Mine run around .1 - .15 mg/L.
