Hey all
I'm moving my 125 gallon reef (with sump, 150 # lr, 400 # ls) in about two weeks. I get to move it about 250 miles. This'll be great.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any favorite sources for salk online. At this point, it's available locally for 64 bucks at Petco. Is there a better option online that is not that expensive after shipping?
I usually use IO but have also used (and had no problems with) Red Sea.
Thanks
Chris

I would keep buying it at a LFS, $64 is pretty good for a 200g bucket of IO (at least around where i live:rolleyes: ) , and if you did find it online for cheap, say around 30 bucks, the shipping would probably make it almost as expensive as the LFS's salt.

Hi Chris,
Check out the Twin Cities Reef club message board. It seems there is a place in north Minneapolis that may have dry goods at online prices. I don't know for sure as I haven't been there.
